Contact inquiries
We use the information you submit to review your request, prepare a quote and reply. The form sends your inquiry through Resend to the website’s designated inbox. Do not include card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
The website keeps a request reference, one-way hashes of the submitted fields and IP address, timing and sending status to limit spam and duplicate messages. Entries older than two days are removed when the form processes a new valid inquiry. The inquiry itself is delivered by email. Email and service providers may retain their own delivery records.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose to allow it. It records page visits and whether an inquiry was started or successfully submitted. We do not send the form’s name, reply email, ZIP, selected item or message to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
If allowed, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes device and usage information. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. The site respects supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping optional analytics off.
You can keep analytics off and still browse the catalog or submit an inquiry.
Quote lists and saved favorites
Your quote list and favorites are stored in this browser. They may be lost if browser storage is cleared, and they do not reserve material. A share link contains the selected fabric references and quantities; anyone with that link can view those selections. No name, reply email, or delivery details are included in the share link.
Optional stock alerts
If you request stock alerts, we store the email address, selected color and width, confirmation status, and delivery records needed to manage them. Matching emails start only after you confirm through the email link. Every matching-stock email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future alerts for that subscription; subscription and delivery records may remain to prevent duplicate messages and manage requests. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are removed during later alert requests.
Stock alerts use Resend for email delivery. Alert emails do not reserve stock. For questions about a subscription or your information, use the website contact form.
